Return & Refund Policy

Section 1

All items sold in Primerexclusive.com are sale and clearance items. We want our return policy to be convenient for you. Please see below for our returns policy.

Upon receipt of your order, you have up to seven (7) days to evaluate the product and contact us for returns.

Section 2

Returns are only accepted for the following reasons:

  • Product received is damaged or defective.
  • Product specification (e.g. size, color, model) is incorrect.
  • Other quality issues (e.g. stains, discolorations, fades, etc.)
  • Incorrect item received by the customer

Returns cannot be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.
  • Customer request for change of size, color, or model different from the ordered item

Section 3

Returns should be sent to our RMI Warehouse through a courier.

To return using a courier, please follow the steps below:

  1. Please fill out the return form below.
  2. Upon filling out the return form, please print the email confirmation and send it with your item to the address below:

Once we receive your return, we will carefully evaluate it to confirm any issues.

Your return may be declined if the item does not meet the qualifications specified in section 2. As a result, we will send the item back to the address that you provided in the return form.

Once your return is approved, we will issue your refund through either of the following:

  • Store credits - which you can use for future purchases. This will be issued within 1 day.
  • Original payment method - five (5) to fifteen (15) business days for credit card, or up to 45 days for debit card.
  • Bank Deposit - For COD purchases only. Processing time of 7 business days.
